- How much is the security deposit?
The security deposit is $1000.00 and is fully refundable at the end of your lease, providing there are no damages to the apartment or the apartment community.
- Are utilities included?
Yes, utilities (water, sewer, and trash) are included. The tenant pays for gas and electric. - What is the pet policy?
We have a 2 pet max. We allow 1 dog under 40lbs and a cat, or 2 cats. There is a $50 monthly fee for a dog, and a $35/cat/mo fee, plus a $100/pet deposit. *With breed restrictions we will allow 1 dog under 75 lbs on the 1st floor. Please contact our office for more details. - What school district are you in?
We are in the Madison School District. - Is the building secure?
Yes, Grand Park has the Latch Door System, designed for extra security and convenience. We also feature a secured package room.
